Ok, now that was cool! I'm really looking forward to playing that game! The KQ3 remake was great, and I have no doubt that the SQ2 remake will be just the same, if not better! I just hope that there's more on the horizon for Infamous Adventures besides the SQ2 remake. What ever happened to Quest for Infamy and Project X?

Very cool trailer.  I've never played any SQ games but this looks cool.

Also, is it me or does every Sierra adventure game seem to have some scenario where the Hero is eaten alive?  Just something I notice a lot.

I think you might be right. I'll just look at the KQ games. In Space Quest you get eaten by nearly everything. Police Quest 4 you probably get eaten by that cannibal but I can't remember.

King's Quest 1 - Crocodiles at beginning
King's Quest 2 - Random wolf and the lion.
King's Quest 3 - The spider or the shark.
King's Quest 4 - The Whale, the ogre, his dog, and her lover. The sharks as well.
King's Quest 5 - The wolves and the harpies, can't remember anything else.
King's Quest 6 - The Door that eats you in the Land of the Dead.
King's Quest 7 - Although there are many deaths that may involve being eaten, you never actually find out if they did or not.
King's Quest 8 - Probably, never completed it though.

In King's quest 8, I don't remember anything involving being eaten alive. I know there was dying from touching the black water in level 2, there was the standard death of crossbows and other weapons, and poisonous swamp water in level 3, but I do not remember any deaths involving being eaten. Then again, it's been QUITE a while since I last played the game. Maybe the Basilisk eats you alive, but even that I'm not entirely sure about. As for the space Quest 2 trailer, I am eagerly awaiting the release of the game! I hope it's soon!

MOE didn't have many scripted deaths.  The only things I can thing of is bursting into flames or freezing to death.  There might be a special death for confronting the Basilisk head on, but if there is I don't remember.

That's quite an interesting list, I notice a strong increase in such deaths amongst the games with women.  If only I was a psychologist.

You know, someone should go around and make a movie of all the deaths in all of Sierra's games... Perhaps I'll do that for a senior project this incoming year lol... But to get back on topic: I think I'm going to download this trailer and put it on my iPod. That way, I can show it to my friends (who aren't into adventure games) and show them some of the great work that fans can do!
