-still shaking my head that God was so amazing last night and had us meet up with my parents at the mall (we parked in the same location and got there at the same time...neither of us knowing the other couple would be there!)

Ooooooooooooooo... trig... well, as the students of Carver High School probably still couldn't tell you: soak-a-toe-a *should now be euthanised himself*

*hopes that once things are finally completely and correctly diagnosed and treated, you will feel better*

-wondering about something that I shouldn't be wondering about because I shouldn't be getting involved in that mess again

-Making an utter mockery of my essay, which no doubt someone will read and find deep and thought-provoking. I hate interpretating literature, but I'm very good at finding meaningless things to symbolise highly controversial topics.

Yes, of course. It comes from the past passive participle of the Latin deprimere (depressus, -a, -um) and the -ive suffix.

EDIT (because it sent before I was finished ): Those two of course compounded to form depressivus, -a, -um, from which we eventually got depressive.
