Oh, you two gave me quite a laugh this morning.

Anyhoo. Granted, I only met Cesar the once, but... he didn't seem too scary to me. Extremely weird, yes (although Mike was weirder that weekend, IMHO), and he should be banned from using a camcorder ever again, but scary? Nah.

Of course, usually the only time I'm scared by someone is if I think they're going to kill me. So unless Cesar is really a convicted murderer on the lam, and you guys haven't told me, I don't see any scariness.
