Different versions of KQVII

Apologies if you guys feel this should be in my other thread - I'm on a KQVII kick at the moment (if you couldn't tell!), and just had a curious question.

I know there are different release versions of KQVII, but I was wondering if anyone knew which version was included with the Windows XP collection?  Just I was watching a newer version of the playthrough by ShadyParadox on YouTube, and it was mentioned that in version 2.00b, you can speed up the characters by pressing the + button.  It would be jolly nice to be able to do that!

My guess (not very educated) is that if you get the newest collecdtion, the newest version is gonna be included.  and wow, that would be nice to speed them up!!

Definitely; the main downside to KQVII is that the ladies just walk SO SLOWLY!

I have to concur with the slow walking. It really annoyed me to no end that there was no speed up option. I would kind of hope that they can release a new collection that works on Windows 7 that includes a speed-up option of KQVII.
