I think we've gotten away from changing names, because it is so confusing. But it can't hurt to ask

Nifty, most people end up having their name shortened or are called something else. Just means you become part of the family.

I don't remember how long it took for some people to stop calling me "koko" and switch to "Cat" (The last time I talked to her, Say STILL called me Koko!). In fact, my in-laws knew me as Cat when they first got to know me. Five/Six years later, I still can't get them to call me by my real name

Uhm, excuse you, that was *not* me! I was Questing Character for always -- it was all of YOU who couldn't decide what to call me, and that's how I ended up with so many nicknames! I think that was Jason and Alex.

Uhm... do we really want to go through all of my nicknames? Again? Do we have that kind of time?
Basically, any time someone says "Cray", "Graham" or "Q" they're talking to me.
