After installing the game and launching the Edit Configuration Program, I received this pop-up message:

"TSLConfig.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error

To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
 v2.0.50727
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework."


My PC:
Fujitsu LifeBook S6230
Windows XP Home Edition - SP3
Intel Pentium M processor 1.70GHz, 599MHz, 512MB RAM
Display Mode: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Video Card: Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller
Sound Card: SigmaTel Audio

Try running Windows Update, you may just have an out-of-date version of .NET Framework, should be able to patch itself through the updater just fine.

Yea, that does sound like you're just missing the .NET Framework 2.0 or later.  It should be available on Windows Update.  If you want to download it manually instead you can get the .NET Framework 4.0 at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992&displaylang=en

I ran Windows Update and installed the latest version of the .NET Framework.  The Edit Configuration Program works now.   Thanks for the help!
