I'll admit it:  this game scared me.  Just like Manannan still scares me in KQIII when he pops up (with THAT music).  I  kept on the look-out for Sierra-style adventure deaths, and I thought for sure the tree would be #1.  The combination of the overall atmosphere (graphics, music), the lightning strikes, the cloaked baddie, and the shady guy who started off as the doom prophet on the Isle of the Crown had me completely mesmerized, and a little worried for Graham.  Amazing intro, though short.  I wish there had been puzzles, but there was puzzle set-up going on, so I'm looking forward to episode #2 and a classic ingredient quest.

The voice acting exceeded my expectations.  I know fans did the voices; are some of these fans also pro voice actors?

I laughed when Hassan said Graham looked like an ordinary villager.  With those pectorals?  I think not.  ;)  Unless the citizens of the Green Isles are amazingly fit, a la Jack Lalaine juicer.

B'rrr

if he was more into physical labor it would explain it though. At least those pectorals is not an indication that he would be Royal, one could agrue even that it would incline he wasn't even.
