well.... actually it isn't my fault! ; ) ...it is the teachers, they have to make those classes more intresting...

Nope, it's the teacher's fault.
I sometimes have to attend afternoon sessions to keep up-to-date about new develoments in my field of expertise. If the speaker doesn't make it interesting enough, I feel a strong urge to close my eyes. If it's interesting, that doesn't occur.
Never fell asleep in class... due to my inability to fall asleep in anything other than a lying-down position, not for lack of ever desiring to. 
Even when in a lying-down position, I have trouble falling asleep if my biorhythm doesn't signal the rest of my body it's time to sleep. Besides, when I sleep, I sleep for hours, I can't do short naps.
I've never fallen asleep during classes though, the seats were never comfortable enough.
