I've been working on this map for quite a while.  It's based of Derek Karlavaegen's maps (mostly from the second edition companion)  I have much more work to do but wanted to share what I had so far.

Things to note:

I took a few liberties expanding Kolyma as not all of it is shown in the second edition maps.

The continent of Daventry Serenia probably needs to be moved so it's in it's proper relation to Tanalore.

Those are swamps and marshes at the top of Tanalore.

My next goal is to put in all of the KQ3 area which is really hard, mostly due to scaling.  I have no idea how much general area of Tanalore KQ3 takes up.  Finding the best spot for Port Bruce would be a good start.

We also need to make sure to have the mountains in Kolyma and Serenia on there. Are you going to include areas from MoE?

Oh man, mountains are the most daunting part, I'm not even sure I like the mountains I have on Tanalore.  They'll all be there eventually though.

I'm saving Serenia for last for the very questions you asked.... I'm not sure about MOE related areas.  Also the question of Kingdom of Sorrow/Floating Castle locations come into play.

Well, looking at the maps in the Companion and judging by where everything seems to be laid out... I don't think you need to have the Dimension of Death or the Underground Realm of the Gnomes on the map (for fairly obvious reasons I think :P) and the Barren Region, the Frozen Reaches, and Paradise Lost are all in the Great Mountains. So that leaves just the Swamp and the Realm of the Sun you have to decide what to do with (and technically the latter is floating so high above the surface, it could be easily ignored as well).

The Old Woods are another problem. I haven't read the books, I have no idea what to tell you there. :P
