...and I have a bridal pottery shower that I'm throwing tomorrow for a friend.
A what?

It's where the bride and bridesmaids etc go and create some pottery before the wedding... usually for the bride and grooms new home! So like teapots, plates, cups etc :D great fun, artistic and something cool for the couple to keep and use through the years :)

I remember back when I used to be on top of things... XD

Hmm...I guess I should take a break and try to think of something to do...I still haven't thought of anything new to put up on my YT channel...almost 2 months of inactivity, and it's bugging me. :P

Your old content has been attracting some notice around here lately
Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says "But Doctor...I am Pagliacci." Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.

Yeah, I noticed. It's kinda weird, seeing people link to a video, and then it turns out to be something I made... :P

EBay is addicting, even as a seller :) I keep checking my auction to see if anyone has bid. But, no such luck... yet anyway.

Would you look at that - Hamburger Helper now comes in whole wheat varieties.  Just as good as the originals, in my opinion.

Rawr!!! >:(

I was planning to stay home tonight, and then one of my very good friends texted me and was like "hey, let's go out" so I got ready super-fast and went and picked him (because he doesn't drive) and we went out to a club. We decided, since we were getting out kind of late, that we would go out to eat afterwards. As a result, we did not spend a lot of time hanging out together in the club itself, right? I mean, we were talking to all the other people we knew there.

So, end of the night, we meet up again, and he's got this guy with him. Cool, someone else to come eat with us, right? Nope! This guy doesn't want to go eat, he wants my friend to go with him to his hotel room and I can go eat by myself. :shifty: So, basically, my friend goes to this guy's hotel room after the guy is a total jerk to me. So now I'm home and hungry and in an awful mood. And thus, I'm posting.
Now, this friend is better looking than me by a lot so it's not shocking that I'm getting passed up on, trust me nor is it disappointing (this guy is... well, he's not ugly, but he's not my type) but we had plans! I know my friend wasn't planning on this but, seriously? Ugh, ugh, ugh!

And did I mention my friend is dating someone else who went out of town for business two days ago, and my friend was all "Make sure I behave!" ::)

/end rant

That's why I'm posting tonight!!!! :D

I miss the good old days.

I mean, these days aren't really bad or anything, but I've been reading through old topics, and chat logs, and I just miss all the missing people, the crazy chats, Chamber, the Freak! polls... XD

Wow...I've been here since I was just turning 14...

I know what you mean. I mean, but everything seems so different now. This sounds so melodramatic, but it seems like the forums and my life both have gotten so much more serious over the past 6 years or so. The forums were...I dunno. They were a different kind of fun. XD

It's 3AM in Seattle, and the reason I'm up? Well, I work tech support on graveyard shift, so this is perfectly normal.

Seattle?  HOLLA!  Whereabouts?  The actual city, or a suburb, like me?

Night Owl thread?

When does the Dr Manhattan thread start?

I noticed you had quite a thing for Watchmen. It's definitely one of the greatest pieces of literature ever.

Watching Unwrapped and waiting to get sleepy.  Only 10:01 here in Seattle-ish, though, so I've got time.

Good show. When I was a kid I used to watch Mister Rodger's Neighborhood mostly for the parts where they showed how stuff was made, always found that kind of stuff interesting.

Bit past 1 am here, playing frontierville, trying to get Beast Within to work, and watching the forum as I've been doing pretty much all evening.
