Yeah there's a lot of trauma in both Graham's immediate and extended family.  He himself probably has the least trauma out of everybody.

I think it might be Hagatha (cause theres no confirmation if she's alive or dead) or Manannan (possibly revenge cause he was never killed and possibly Hagatha or someone else found a way to change him back).

Dragonstorm--are you referring to the stranger at the wedding or the one who appears near the bookstore and pawn shop? We've mostly been discussing the latter. I asked because Hagatha or Mannanan seem more likely to be cursing people vs. observing, which is what we've seen the guy from the bookstore area do so far.

Come to think of it, 'dark stranger' in the thread title might be a misnomer!

Manannan isn't likely to be doing anything except eating mice and using a litter box.

EDIT: On a completely unrelated side note, I just discovered that in mythology, there's a diety named Manannán mac Lir. Isn't Connor's last name MacLyrr, or something like that? Unrelated, I'm sure, but it's a funny coincidence.

I don't know what it was that motivated me to play Mask of Eternity more than once, but despite all of the game-stopping glitches that annoyed the crap out of me, I rather enjoyed the game. I even liked Connor, despite him not being in the royal family. The only inconsistency I found with the game was that Connor was the only witness to the events that happened, so how were the people of Daventry absolutely sure that Connor was the hero when there was no indication outside of Connor's story?

Regardless of that though, I hope TSL makes some sort of reference to Connor or MoE.

Well.  King Grahams Ultimate enemy, 'The Father', who was also an evil magic wielding cloaked man has not yet been dealt with any King's Quest games to date.  So he is my hope and my guess for the lead villain!  And as for the white cloaked man who follows graham.... I would have to guess that he is none other than Edgar.  Nothing more than educated guesses but i hope i nailed at least one! 

Anyones thoughts on 'the father'?
