Ok, so Delling mentioned this and Erik also experienced it. When you click "more" for the smileys and the window of all of the pops up, if you click on the smiley you want, it does not insert into the post.

I've noticed that as well, actually. You can still type something to get them to show up, but what that is isn't always obvious.

Speaking of Smileys, what can we do about getting new ones???  I want a waving smiley, a scared one, a hopeful one, and a bunch of others!

Evidently Katie knows how to create new ones.  I'm sure I could figure it out but I haven't really tried.
