Hmm, I thought it might be interesting to start a King's Quest themed trivia game, based on the classic King's Questions... The first person to answer, can ask the next question.

Let's begin;

You are the captain of the ship that carries Alexander and Cassima from the Green Isles to Daventry. To help pass the time the three of you engage in a rousing game of "King's Questions", unaware that the magic waters through which you sail link the outcome of the game with the fate of your ship.

I'm going to start with a hard one;

Name a bible story alluded to within King's Quest: See No Weevil?

Clue: there are at least two possible answers; at least one can be found in the King's Quest Omnipedia. Bonus congrats if you can name both (counts as two turns).
Well, ya, King's Quest is on Earth. Daventry is very old city from a long time ago. It's in ruins now and people aren't quite sure exactly where it used to be. There are some archaeologists searching through the ruins, they think they know its Daventry. But its somewhere on Earth."-Roberta Williams http://kingsquest.wikia.com/wiki/File:Daventryisearth.ogg

Seeing as you literally wrote the KQ Wiki, I really doubt anyone besides you would have any fighting chance.

I'm going to stay out of the game personally :). That is I will remain a spectator, as well as judge, and let others put down answers and questions. I might occasionally toss in some bonus questions. I'll help with judging if it comes along (in some cases there might be more than one right answer).

Each round should last 10-12 questions similar to the game itself, then we can start over to see who next winner is (think of the winner whoever answered the most questions by the end of the round). Jointly miss four questions and the ship sinks :), and a new round will begin. So try to be careful :).

Or... we can be flexible, however you think best to do a trivia game.

We could just make it simple: one person asks a trivia question, and the person who posts next answers it.

I've never read the KQ novels, so definitely don't know this one.

Well here is another clue, it will help you get one of the references, I'd recommend look in the See No Weevil category in the KQ Omnipedia wiki:).

I know there's a reference to Daniel and the fiery furnace.... (I haven't read the book, I spend too much time on the Omnipedia though :P)

I can't think of the other though... :\

So, am I asking the next one? Or are we going to let Baggins be the Game Master or sorts? (I don't know what to ask yet, gotta think....)

Yep, you got the answer.

The other is a reference to Solomon, and the court case of the two mothers attempting to fight over a baby. Rosella first decrees cutting the baby in half, to which both 'mothers' tell her to give the baby up to the other mother (it didn't work as expected). Then she deduces that that both mothers kidnapped the baby, since there story didn't ring true.

Yep, its your turn to ask a question :)

Okay, this should be fairly easy.

Name two characters from KQ2 who are not in AGDI's KQ2+ (in any form).

Jafar

The fairy who protects you from the monsters, and...the genie? He was alluded to in KQ2VGA, but he didn't actually appear.
Everyone else I can think of appeared in one way or another. :P
