Pretty much what it says on the label. Anything from the small "whatever happened to..." to plot holes you'd need duct tape and plaster to cover.

If someone can cite an expanded universe source to answer it, great. If you have a plausible theory, also great.

Where did the alligators from KQ1 go?

Well, seeing as we never formally get to go back to Daventry to walk around the castle moat (even in MOE we only see the inside of the main castle), what makes you think they disappeared?

How about...

Whatever happened to Graham's Fairy Godmother?

Maybe she and Shamir are "busy" trying to save Alexander and Rosella behind the scenes in TSL...yeah, that's it...Lol...;)

Allronix

Good one on the fairy godmother. That also brings up a really odd implication, considering his daughter's about to marry into the Fae royal household...

Speaking of that, just what WAS up with Lolotte? Did she have some kind of grudge with Oberon and Titania? Was she somehow working with Malicia for a hostile takeover?

The monsters in the moat? Maybe they're still present, or maybe the dragon's rampage in KQ3 polluted the moat and killed them off.

Maybe Shamir is Graham's fairy godmother?  Or would that create more questions than it answers?

That would create more. It did with me but I'll keep them to myself for the time being.

What happened to cat Manannan if Mordack wasn't alive to free him from the bag?

Umm, KQ3? The moat was empty though.

Different types or races of 'fairy'. She is a Fairy Godmother, the ones living in the world of Eldritch in Etheria, are the Faerie Nobles.

Then you have the Fairy Genesta, the Good Fairy living in Tamir, who has wings. Then there are the tiny fairy variety, such as the Good Fairy in KQ2 or the tiny fairies that live with Genesta who also have wings.
Well, ya, King's Quest is on Earth. Daventry is very old city from a long time ago. It's in ruins now and people aren't quite sure exactly where it used to be. There are some archaeologists searching through the ruins, they think they know its Daventry. But its somewhere on Earth."-Roberta Williams http://kingsquest.wikia.com/wiki/File:Daventryisearth.ogg

What happened to Manannan's cat?

I saw one fan theory that stated that she saw Manny transformed into a cat (as she had been) and cheerfully wandered off to make her own way...eventually ending up in Eldrich and at the unfortunate imprisonment of "Lock, Shock, and Barrel" (ok, the brats were never given names - those fit as well as any). Being a sorceress bespelled into a cat, instead of a regular cat, she had the ability to give away one of her lives to her rescuer before sauntering off.

The cat in the game is a tomcat though. The female cat he had turned into a cat, was apparently a previous cat.

Wait, now I'm confused. So the cat Manannan had was female?
So what if I am, huh? Anyways, I work better when I'm drunk. It makes me fearless! If I see a bad guy, I'll just point my sword at him and saaaaaaaaaay, "Hey! Bad guy! You're not s'posed to be here! Go home or I'll stick you with my sword 'til you go, 'Ouch! I'm dead!' Ah-ha-ha!" Ha-ha. *hic* See? Ain't no one gonna be messin' wit' ol', Benny!

The cat in the game is a tomcat, as in male.

The cat discussed in King's Quest Companion, who once a sorceress who at one time belonged to Manannan in distant past, was a female.

The cat in KQ7 also has a man's voice.  :)

In KQ7? That cat definitely sounded female to me.

Ooh, nevermind.  I was thinking of the black dog.  I just watched a clip of the cat, you're right.  :)

Is that the cat in KQ7, then?

I bet the fairy godmother decided to settle down, get married, have a few kids of her own and be an actual mother. Retire from the business and let someone else do the fairy godmothering, you know?  :P

Heh, and teenage girls sweeping kitchens for wicked stepmothers all over the world grow old and depressed while their princes stay single.

She's only Graham's Fairy Godmother -- I am sure there are plenty of other fairy godmothers.
