I think it will come out on mid-september or a bit later maybe:

What's this mean? It means that for now all we can say with confidence that Episode 2 is slated for September. We'll announce the final date when we get the first build completed. From that point, it's two weeks to release, to give us the window for testing and finishing the last touches.

So I think the announcement of the release date is not very far :)

Well, September itself is all of a week away, to be fair, so of course it's probably not far. ;)

Well there's new games that come out every week, next week in particular I'm really looking forward to the new Metroid game (if I can find time to play it).

Final Fantasy XIV comes out for PC on the 30th of September, and Guardian of Light (the rather fun-looking new Lara Croft entry) comes out on september 28.  Those are the only two I'm really looking forward to that come out that week, not sure what game Daventry's looking for that day.

Love Tomb Raider! Played some of the older ones, Angel of Darkness, and Anniversary, tried to play one of the more recent ones a while ago but my computer at the time couldn't handle it graphics wise. :P

I too like Tomb Raider (however, I've grown fonder of Uncharted because of Nathan Drake's character). Does anybody know if Guardian of Light is gonna be like some of the more recent ones? I liked Tomb Raider: Legend, but haven't had a chance to play Underworld yet. I haven't been keeping tabs on a lot of the games that are coming out, so I don't know much about Guardian of Light.

Guardian of Light looks to be doing to Tomb Raider what Metroid: Other M is doing to the Metroid series.  It seems to be going to a totally different and more "arcade-ish" sort of playing style.  The videos look excellent and the reviews are pretty good.

I just found those games recently :D. Loved the first one once I got used to the combat (I don't play many console games so I'm not very good at the controller). Hoping to get the second one for Christmas.

Definitely do Uncharted 2 when you've got a chance, Tessspoon.  It's quite excellent, and handles better than the first one.  (It's actually a little hard to go back to play the first one because of some of the improvements they made to movement and play systems.)

I'll be grabbing Metroid: Other M next week, and that'll be a lot of fun I'm sure.  It's a series that has always intrigued me, and unlike Zelda it has a very clear, defined continuity (At least up to this point, though it seems to ignore the Prime series' existence in some ways.  I guess we'll see.)

I definitely plan to at some point. Watched a video review of it and they made it sound amazing :D

I've already got mine on pre-order. I've heard really good things about it. I know Famitsu gave it an average of 9 out of 10.

Ya, I'd love to play it, but me and my Wii are seperated from each other for about a year. I'll pick it up later at some point when I get back home in a few months. Although I might wait for the price to drop. Money is tight, in these times, and I need to focus on real life.
Well, ya, King's Quest is on Earth. Daventry is very old city from a long time ago. It's in ruins now and people aren't quite sure exactly where it used to be. There are some archaeologists searching through the ruins, they think they know its Daventry. But its somewhere on Earth."-Roberta Williams http://kingsquest.wikia.com/wiki/File:Daventryisearth.ogg
