Thanks Jeysie - that at least explains it (your post was not there any longer), though I may also still disagree with the reasons...we did ask her.

But that aside, I still think it would be helpful to everyone if we knew more specifically what's going to cause a locked thread.

This is so sada actually, team members should know better, how disappointing, anyhow I do not step into art, or writting or any other deparment I demand the same for my own department, next time you speak up anything at all be sure you at least know what you are talking about and know how to address your complains properly.

Let it be the last time I have to say this in these forums, next time I will take it directly with each director responsible if its a team  member, if its a forum regular I will explicitly delete post counts or any other penalty, this has been told so many times before, plus you dont also have my msn, but my email.

Im seriously going to save my personal comments on this matter because sadly, I dont consider it worthy whatsoever, because its a waste of time as the fact I've said this before so many times and everyone thinks they know when they dont even know half of the real facts, and Katie, do not tell me how to do my job I do not tell you how to do yours, this forums are free because we can control them, it is my call as a director that I am, I earned my freaking position hence I've done real work, whoever who may not appreciate this or get it? I sugggest you at least READ, and stop creating disturbance on a forum with personal whims. Thanks.

Jeysie you and I know whats going on, and you already know what you should know, this thread is officially locked hence if you have something to say to me, you need to email me, stop using the forums for these.

I hope its quite clear now.
