Option 1 - that's soooo untrue. I'm not prone to irate rants! It's just that from time to time I find myself compelled to speak my mind on subjects that I consider to be of some importance, but I do so only to share my knowledge & opinions, enlighten the masses, bring light to the furthest reaches of the universe etc, and also to try and get other people to say what they think. That's the whole point of the forum, right? people voicing their opinions about things they care about. I don't think I'm any different in that sense than any other poster, actually I could point out that many posters (without naming names) are even more prone to rants and long-winded posts than I  ::)
Plus, I'm NEVER irate - I might feel strongly about some subjects, but I always respond CALMLY AND RATIONALLY!! AND I'LL HURT ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE!  >:( >:( >:(
