Playtime of Episode 3

Hello,

before I ask my question I want to thank the whole team of Phoenix Online Studios for this great Game.
I am a Kings Quest Fan from the start and I ever thought after Kings Quest 8 something is missing.

But now to my Question: Is the Playtime and Puzzles in Episode 3 longer or the same as in Episode 2?

If i remember right, I think 3 is supposed to be the longest of chapters.

It should be; I don't have an estimate yet of how long it will be, as our testers haven't started going through a finished version yet.

So are you saying Episode 3 is the Only Longest Episode, yet the other remaining Episodes are Casual Shorts like Episode 2.

Individual episodes of a game like this aren't really ever intended to be the length of a full game to begin with.  Episode 3 currently looks to be the longest but that doesn't necessarily mean it will remain that way.  It's just the longest currently.  4 and 5 are still both longer than 2.

Episode 2 wasn't all that short, but Episode 4-5 aren't really done yet, if I am understanding everything that is going on in the development team. You also have to understand that we are taking all of the feedback from you guys and trying to implement it. In a radio interview last night, the guys said they are looking at the episodes and seeing how they can make them longer.

hmmm, I don't know that it's the longest chapter. To me, essentially it was one of the shortest (of course nowhere as short as ep1), which is why we are evaluating how to make it longer.

It is actually difficult to say for sure - I think with some of the stuff we're putting together it could be the longest episode for a lot of people.  I'll get back to you all on that in 1-3 months.

Well I did previously say that 4 took me the longest, but that was only because some of the items were invisible at the time.  3-5 will all be longer than 2 I believe, though exactly how long depends on play style and how quickly people figure things out more than anything else.
