Have you enabled the XP firewall?  Do this and try to run another scan of all ports at grc.com and see what comes up.

If I enable the XP Firewall, won't that block most of my traffic? I've seen an XP Firewall in action once, and it didn't last long. Remember, I must still be able to use my intranet.

Yes, but cats can almost close their eyes and still have a good view, whereas with humans that's impossible.
