Is this a bug?

When you run from the west part of town (Lamp shop, candy cart, ect.) to the east part (pawn shop, bookstore) you can see what is behind the staircase of the bookshop.

You only see this if you're running, not if you walk. First I thought it was a blue / cyan like item. But I believe it might be a hole in the world, showing the sky behind it.

Again, you only see it in the blink of an eye and you can't do anything with it. Just wondering.

Yeah we noticed it, but it was very small and there were other bigger things to put our efforts on.

I actually tried to interact with it for some time, hoping for an easter egg.. too bad it was just a "hole in the world".

Hmm - isn't that some kind of big brother to "Hole in the wall"? Maybe you could use that concept in future episodes?
