New finds on GOG - I love this site!

But, apparently they've signed three new publishers, one of which will be available this summer, and the other two in the fall. Apparently some site updates are coming in a couple of days as well. Oh, and the first Witcher will be available may 10th.[/spoiler]

I know, but he's only allowed the first game of every series. I was hoping for a little more than that.

And here I never knew about Sarien.net ... tried it out, but it was too buggy (at least on my system) for me to enjoy.  Oh well, it's a good thing that I don't depend on Sarien to play those games

What game made you dream of the stars?
What game made you ride with the outlaws?
What game made you fear your past?
What game made you go to the underworld?
What game made monsters fear you?

I don't know if these are all referring to the same game or several games from the same catalog or what. However, the one that was put up today caught my eye:

What game made you feel like a hero?

If they've secured the Quest for Glory catalog, I think I might die from happiness. ^_^
The live stream announcement starts with CD Projekt at 12:00 pm EST. GoG hits the stage at 1:00 pm EST. Stoked!

I'm just pissed they still don't have QfG on there. I still have to play the games, but I want to wait until Gog adds the series; I'm sure they'll add them eventually.

Seriously, GoG has to have the biggest bearings on the face of the planet. If there's anything that can make up for that PR stunt they pulled, this is it.

Besides Rayman Forever and Rayman 2 being available now, the GoG website now features a countdown to its big announcement: the acquisition of a contract with one of the five publishers (Lucasarts, EA, Square Enix, 2K, Microsoft) they have yet to partner with.
Here's a history of what's been going on over the past several days if you, like me, haven't been watching the website (I just found out about all of this today).

Sadly, according to the countdown, I will be on the road when the big announcement is made. Hopefully I'll have access to a computer later that day.

Hmm, so they released Broken Sword II Remastered on GOG, and for those of us that already bought the original version from them, an upgrade for free!

Yay! Interplay Promo Sale! I just picked up the Descent collection for $5.98! Yes! Now I have the games and the in-game cheats lists ('cause I royally suck at games, despite enjoying them so). Several games are at Promo prices, right now. Enjoy!
