Errr... I'm assuming that fish!=meat is a religious thing? Because I would consider fish to be meat. Not that I think eating fish instead of, say, beef is a bad thing (in fact, I think it's a good thing), I'm just a little puzzled how it would qualify as "not eating meat".
At any rate... I'm now agnostic (I used to be Catholic), so Lent is now a pretty much non-important thing to me. I never saw much point in causing yourself harm by choosing to give something up that you enjoy but is not harming you... but then, that's part of the reason I was never good at being religious and finally gave it up.

I'm not a big meat person anyways... I like chicken, but I generally stick to just breads, dairy, veggies, and fruit.
