Hey- how are people with more mature art here? Like nudity? I... fangirled a little with the scene where Edgar talks about Alexander bathing in the beach and drew a comic page of it to see how it'd turn out. Obviously Alexander is naked, but there isn't any genitalia in it- just rear end nudity.

People cool with that? I'll make it a link instead so people can chose not to look at it if they don't want to.

HAH! Omg- I just realized that the scene was him shirtless. Oh well He's naked now. I can't be assed giving something on the bottom. The picture would look stupid with it. It's a nicer scene like this.

Anyways- it's that scene from when Graham talks to Edgar about his time being 'enslaved' by Lolotte, and how he digresses the conversation to seeing Alexander on the beach swimming, and his wounds.

Heheh, thanks It took alot more effort than I expected to get the effect I wanted- There's still ALOT of shadows I didn't put in, but I think that the overall effect  is there. I like how the glow of the setting sun halos him ^^

Thank you I wasn't sure if it would with the minor filter DA wanted me to have on it cause of bare bottoms >.> I've had problems sharing images behind the full filter in the past. I never realized till now how shojo the scene feels O.O I half expect large sparkles and butterflies to pop onto the scene I actually wanted it to have a romantic feel (Cause I'm fangirl like that).

I think it matters if you put the full filter on it. I only put a warning filter on it. If DA wasn't so picky, I would've left it cause to me, it's tasteful enough to not need one, but hey- people get offended >.> I wasn't sure if I'd have issues with it being a half filter. I believe DA regulates even the hot link pics.

Thank you I'm not sure if it's how anyone else imagined the scene, but I always pictured a romantic sunset scene that was beautiful, but hiding the horrors that he had been through in shadow.

And I do like Edgar with his hair down ^^ I like flowy hair ^^ I hope I didn't go overboard with the scars on his back I don't think I did...

Naw, it's perfect.  Besides, he has eighteen years worth of scars.  I imagine he would be quite crisscrossed.

Well the original image was done (specifically) with copic multiliners cause they're the pen I've found that I like to draw with the most, and bristol board. I then scan it into photoshop, clean up the noise that the scanner introduces, turn it into black and white with 'threshold', then chuck it into Manga Studio and spend far too long screen toning it (Cause I'm still new at it T.T ). then I bring it back to Photoshop and turn it into a greyscale image, cause Illustrator gets all uptight about black and white images, and put the speech bubbles on with Illustrator (a vector program). I find I have the most control of the bubbles and test with this program for doing non standard stuff like 'Drakobitus' in this page. I also find it faster in Illustrator cause I've had to learn how to use it due to not having Manga Studio since day one. I forced myself to learn vectors though so it's all good

I can't imagine how it is for Cassima to see those and not feel a deep sense of dread. I assume she would've seen them by now being that he's a King and married to her and all.

Hmmmmmm....there's a screenshot of Graham talking to her in Episode 3.  (Bee tee double you..I wonder if this is a cutscene or if it's gameplay, like the conversation with Edgar...?)  Perhaps this will come up in the future.  I hadn't thought about that, interesting idea!

There was some dialogue between Graham and Cassima released years ago that touches on that a bit, if you want to see it.
