KQ Companion question

Hey--for those who have a copy of the KQ Companion (mine got destroyed):

In the KQ6 novelization, when Alex is at the Realm of the Dead, there's a passage which says something to the effect of that it's not natural or healthy for a living human to be in the land of the dead for very long, and Alex realizes he should hurry. Something like that. Could someone post the whole passage exactly? I found it interesting...

That's a really good question. Honestly, I have no idea. I do have the companion, but I don't want to lug it around everywhere with me, especially when it's as fragile as it is. It has pages falling out of it it's so old.
