Hmm, it does depend on which style you prefer! I personally prefer a more "gutsy" approach, blitzkrieg your audiance! My "Churchillian" rallying cries use this, they are designed specifically to assault the audiances mind with a few powerful words in quick succession, knocking there senses flat so they lose all cynicism and afterwards they believe they can take on the world!
