The BAD: having to walk out of class today...(not my fault that he kept rambling after time for us to get out and I had to get to work)

The BAD/INTERESTING: I was at work and drinking a vanilla frappe.  The place that I had gotten it were out of those dome lids and the lid they gave me did not go down tight on the cup.  Anyway, I didn't realize this.  I drank about 1/4 of the frappe and set it down on the counter at work.  While talking to Shannon, my manager, I was fiddling with the lid to get it to fit...and somehow the side of the glass collapsed and split!  I was smart enough to jump mostly out of the way, but the frappe got all over the counter, the floor--and on me!  Granted it only got on the hem of my white work shirt, but it did get all over my black pants.  My manager helped clean up the counter as I cleaned myself up.  But as we finised up, Shannon says, "You decided you were going to increase sales by getting your shirt wet, didn't you?"

Bad thing:

Ok, forget it, I'm in a bad mood. Why I can't I get anything to work the way I want it to? Actually, screw that, why can't I get anything to work PERIOD?! I feel like such a reject. Why do I always have to manage to have trouble with everything?

My stomach just won't leave me alone! No matter how much food I put into it, it won't stop grumbling and making me feel tired and stuff.   I can't even get any work done!

The same stuff I usually put into it. Cereal in the morning (usually Grape-Nuts, or some fruity and grainy cereal and milk)... carrots, a banana, applesauce, yogurt, and some string cheese for lunch... then some salad with cheese for dinner, and cottage cheese and/or english muffins with jelly and/or popcorn for snack stuff.

Usually I spend the day partly hungry just because my stomach sucks and wants food all the time, but it's been *really* nasty for the past week or so.

Try adding some protein to the diet.  Carbs run right through you while protein stays longer.  I don't know if it will help you, but might as well give it a try, right?

The BAD: Tuition bill came in today.  As of right now, I'm about $300 short...and that doesn't include books.  Looks like I'll be chatting with my parents again...or something

The BAD: we don't have the airconditioning on since it's been so nice outside the last couple of days...and now I'm burning up and feeling sick from how hot it's gotten upstairs...
