Probably a good idea to delete the post too, these spammers use the hotlinked image accesses to track the success of their attempts, and the post itself contains keywords, that when indexed by search spiders, drive up the page rank of their spam/malware sites on google and the other search engines, so the longer their posts stay, the more they succeed at what they were designed to do - drive up their page rank. Anyway, just a suggestion intended to be helpful.
You really do need to wear protection with those aerial heels because you will end up pregnant. This is exactly why we need comprehensive shoe education in schools. Just telling the kids not to wear aerial heels isn't enough! They're going to wear them anyway. Or they'll wear them on their hands because they think it's safer that way. Not that there's anything wrong with that, as long as you're an adult. It's not my thing, personally, but some people do enjoy it.
