when go load game it done and it freez and i click on troubleshot say issues found Incompatible Application
Does this happen every time you load a saved game or just once?

Try lowering the game's graphics settings - especially uncheck the fullscreen box and change the resolution to 800x600.
not working
Try starting a new game and skipping the cutscenes, then when you get control of Graham try loading a game at that point rather than right when you start the game. See if that works any better.
