Secondly, the grey thing attached to Ali's shop wall - it was also in KQVI.

In his LP, Toegoff acknowledged that first one, also. So I know it's more than a PC-specific graphics glitch.
Any ideas?
I always thought the blue was just part of the ground not being "built" and it's a hole in the ground.
The gray rock was there from the original KQ6!

Yes to both - that blue is technically "sky" as there's just a small hole in the ground from the way the set was assembled and there's nothing else behind it so it just shows the sky.
Yeah, the sky hole is just so oddly shaped that it looks like a ball. I figured the KQVI grey thing was a rock, but, in KQVI and TSL, it looks to be part of the building, not sitting next to it.
