Why is the monkey in Say's avi meowing?
Look at it. It's mouth is open. And underneath, it says "meow".

I think the only toys they made up for Toy Story (any of the Toy Story movies) were Woody and Buzz -- which are, obviously, recognizably based off of other toys that do exist.
