Print Page - No form request in my inventory

Title: No form request in my inventory - is this a bug??

I pulled the Sarah Goodman case up and clicked form request. I'm suppose to give Gwen something, but nothing in my inventory will allow me to give it to her. I do not have a form request or print out of the case in my inventory to give to Gwen for evidence. Is there a bug?? HOPELESSLY STUCK!

Am I doing something incorrectly?

You printed the form request, but did you actually get it from the printer?
