Just got around to looking it up myself. It's sort of good that it's fake, really. I saw a couple of other fake Obama videos, including one where he backflips after announcing the death of Osama Bin Laden. So damn funny.

Apparently, you can become a master of video manipulation and make it so that politicians have obvious body language now. I wonder what people would've done to videos of Bush if it were that easy back then. The most I've seen from that age is this gif file of a guy capturing Bush in a Pokeball.
