I searched and haven't found a solution to this problem: After leaving the antique shop, it goes to map screen as normal. I am able to move my cursor around, but she automatically goes home to sleep. After the sound of the shower, still on map screen, I am supposed to go to office but cursor is not there. I am not able to select any destination. The music still plays. Cannot ESC to menu either. I have the GOG version of this.
Try pressing b on your keyboard once it gets past Erica talking about going back to the office, that should resolve it. I'm working on getting a new installer to GoG in the next day or two.

I just downloaded from GOG this month. This is still an outstanding issue. Pressing B worked for me too, but no fix has been given to GOG...
