Hi. I was waiting for quite a while for the release of Episode 5. I hope it's still good an in production. I would hate just to play episode 4 an not finish Episode 5. With Congnition, Face Noir an Moebious being developed I begin to wonder. I just hope to play Episode 5. That would be very interesting an a Dream Come true :)

I'm not in any official position, but Say has said that we'll get an official announcement of some kind by the end of this year. So we'll have something to see in three months, max.
929572: Thank you for the reply. I really really hope so. I pray episode 5 see's the light. I'm an avid adventure game player as well as a big fan of King's Quest. King's Quest 4 was actually my first adventure on IBM PC. 256 old school computer. That an Hoyle Classic Cards I lol.

I can't wait! I really hope this game doesn't fall by the wayside, after so many years in legal hell and so much work. But apparently, Cognition is set in the (hopefully near) future, as Erica Reed says she has already downloaded TSL Episode 5, but just hasn't had time to play it :)

We are currently working on a series of updates coming for TSL - Things you may have seen by now, and I'm sure things you haven't seen yet. We are trying to coordinate this with the production pipeline in order to be able to streamline the events, I can't confirm a date considering it's got to go through 3 different leads to be approved, but do know we will be posting here as soon as the updates become available.

Well that's a relief. From what I was reading in the Wiki made it seem like you guys had thrown in the towel and were about to release the open source to the public to "make our own ending"... which confused me, since I thought the whole reason you folks set out to make TSL was to
give the KQ series that ending.
I've played a bit of the first episode but I've been holding off until the whole game is available as I detest cliffhangers.
I am curious what it says on the TSL wikipedia page that made it sound like that was the case, though.
EDIT: Well, I corrected whoever listed Ep 5 as cancelled, since that's not the case. And I'm very curious who wrote the last part of the plot summary, since it's definitely not what happens at the end of Ep 4!

Hello again! It's Shalkar. Just passing through because I was wondering if there is any progress on Chapter 5 of The Silver Lining. I am really excited of finishing the latest chapter an hopefully the New Chapter is more exciting than it's previous chapters. More plot an more old characters coming back. Please let me know. :)
