I know this question will likely not be answered but I do have to ask:
Are Sierra responsible in any way for the continued delays of TSL? How have they been toward Phoneix or with regard to TSL? I know Activision had negotiated a deal to allow TSL to come out, but with the return of Sierra and an official King's Quest IX upcoming, I'm wondering if perhaps things have changed and if that is part of the reason TSL is taking much longer than expected to be completed?
MangoMercury said in another thread that the team will let us know if something has come up. Otherwise, it looks like the delays have more to do with working with a new engine than they do with any legal red tape.
Not at all, Sierra hasn't created any issues regarding TSL thus far. :)
