Recently I have got a Nokia windows phone and I want to install the games on it. Is there any windows phone version of the games? If yes, can someone please give me the download link.
TSL appears to be built for Windows x86 only. Your phone instruction set architecture is likely not x86. Thus it likely cannot run the application natively.
If you had been using x86, you might try Windows10 Technical Preview and/or Wine.
I'm not sure if Qemu has an ARM target. If so, you might be able to compile Qemu for your phone, then emulate an Intel Ivy Bridge x86 processor running Windows and its applications (such as TSL). But this would consume alot of compute power and may not provide playable performance.
I think the TSL team was migrating from torque to unity engine which has a webgl target. Perhaps it would be best to wait for them to finish their migration then ask for a webgl build which should play in a modern browser such as chrome.
