When part one is released, everyone of this forum and probably many others will want to download it as quickly as possible. Given the likely size of the download, will you have the bandwidth needed to meet the demand, or will you possibly make arrangements with other adventure sites to share the burden?

Although, other forms of distribution are being considered(such as CDs in gaming magazines).

I sure hope not. I hate it when you get a message saying to come back next month because the site has used up it's bandwith.

Heh, this thread's pretty funny because we're actually already almost at our bandwidth limit for this month! :-X
I moved the 24mb worth of new Music and Screenshots to our new site: http://www.tsl-game.com in order to aleviate some of the bandwidth usage. The tsl-game.com site is on an account with unmetered bandwidth and almost double the disk storage as this site. XD We'll be transferring kq9.org there officially either this month or next.
Right now, it looks more or less like a mirror to this site, but certain features still need to be updated, and others are missing (like the Flash Games and Forum). The reason for that is because those use databases and in order to avoid conflicting data, it's best to just have one active database at a time.
Anyway, to answer your question TribeHasSpoken, as we get closer to the release date, we will most likely be contacting other sites to be mirrors, and purchasing other "dump" sites where we can put the game or at least large pieces of it. 8)

It's definitely possible, and will probably happen whether we want it to or not. ;P
hopefully i'll have adsl by "winter" (my summer :P). Then I'll be torrenting the file(s) all day XD
