I believe I've talked here not so much but some of you know me. I'm going to be a full time chatter here becuase I feel more welcome here than I ever did at AGDI. Those people are so terrible! They treated me so horribly especially a user by the name of Alias. So I vowed never to talk there again. And now I'm going to spend more time here where I know I'm welcome, I feel you guys are very kind and nice here. So I know you guys wont be so mean to me.

I don't know Alias in person, nor what might have been said, so I won't comment on that, and my experiences with AGDI have been fine, but it's always good to hear that someone thinks this community is a positive one. I've certainly felt (and feel) that this is one of the brighter forums dedicated to adventure games out there. So certainly, your forthcoming activity is a welcome one.

So I decided to go back to AGDI and said to Alias I'm not leaving and letting the bad guy win so now I continue to talk at AGDI. But I've decided to start talking here ALOT more. Thanks you guys.
I haven't been alot on the AGDI forums, the only times I was there for longer than a rew minutes was concerning hints for KQ2+, and when the KQ9-members temporarily moved there because the KQ9-forum itself was down. But when I was there, I didn't notice any negativity. Before this forum got this active, I used to frequent some other forums, and on one of those I had quite a few hefty discussions, but we never played 'the man', always 'the topic'.
Anyway, you shouldn't leave a forum because you've had a run-in with another member. Ofcourse, anyone's welcome here, so you can stay here as long as you like. And ofcourse, if you feel you can't keep up with the forum here by being there, you can just leave because of that. That's how I left the 'official' KQ-forums. 8)

I agree with CC that you can't judge a whole community by just one forum member. They've been generally nice to me, but I have seen some negativity before over there. :-\
I'm not saying we're perfect though. There's been negativity here too, but it never lasts for long and usually the topic gets locked because we don't tolerate that kind of behaviour. 8)
