I have just upgraded our forum to the newest version: SMF 1.1 Beta 3! ;D
There are a ton of cool new features to check out. I'll leave it up to all of you to explore. :)
There are quite a number of things I still need to fix (i.e. KQIX smileys, post display, Who's Online colours, etc.) but other than that, you'll find this forum to be far superior than the previous one we're using.

Cool new forums Yonkey, a lot of handy features (like being able to log in and come back to the same page).
One complaint/suggestion would be that the "sticky" icons are hard to disginguish from the regular icons without looking really carefully.

Yeah I agree. I didn't make those icons, but I'll change them to something more distinguishable.
Usually I don't log in unless I want to make a post. So before, when you went to log in from that slot on the bottom of the screen, if you were reading a thread, it would take you to the index of the board. Now it takes you to the same page you were already at.

Also... I lost my avatar on the board change :( and the 'Message' box is larger here, I'll have to re-calculate where the lines split :P
But the thing that bothers me the most is not seeing the poster's original name on the link by hovering on the user name. Now there's just no way you can tell who's who if they decide to change their name on a daily basis (or even on a monthly basis, where I'm concerned) :-\
Personally, I think nick changes shouldn't be allowed at all... Pick one and stick with it, people! ::) :P

Yup, it's definitely one of my faves, even though I don't tend to do multi-user quoting that often. :P

I think you may see their username if you view their profile, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
EDIT: Actually nvm, I just realised that it's on a separate admin-only screen. ::)

You still can see what everyone's doing (Unless the mods are doing mod-ish stuff, then it just gives a cryptic message :P)

Yeah, I deleted the 0-post members who haven't logged in since Jan 2005. Â We lost around 300 members, but someone who hasn't signed in for 3 years isn't really a "member" anyway. :P

They were actually Moderators before, now they're Global Moderators. :)
