Title: DSL
Post by: daventry on December 11, 2005, 04:27:24 PM
01. This is our Server Provider here in South Africa www.telkomsa.net/products/adsl_telkom_internet.jsp Scroll down, then you will see our Cost Rate. (Home - DSL 192 - R270) That is the cheapest one.

02. I want to know what the Cost Rate in your Country is for the "Home" DSL you use and i want to know your Server Provider.

03. We dont have Cable or whatever it is you have, i think we have broadband.

04. I also want to see the Website from your Server Provider with the Cost Rate page.

DSL and Cable cost the same where I live (since they both compete with each other :P)

Here's the link (http://www.bell.ca/shop/PrsShpIntUtr_Landing.page) to their fastest Internet package.

Here too - Cable and ADSL prices are pretty much the same.
I have cable internet, which I get "for free" with the cable TV subscription, so I only pay for the ISP - it costs about US$ 7 for their 750kb package. They don't have an english site though, so I don't think it would do you any good :-\

Do you guys use Gigs when you have DSL.

Because when we use up our 2 or 3 or 4 gig within two weeks for example, we get cut off from the net and then we must wait till next month to come online again.

Think of a mini 56k build into DSL
