I found a picture of the Sega Master System KQ and Graham looks just like Alexander. I think I spelled the name wrong but you get the idea. So Alex does take after his father...

They always had go between publishers back then. Usually game developers will do it themselves but if for some reason they can't they'll get a second party to publish it for them.
