...the Straight Pants! (In extra large size for ultimate protection.) These pants keep a perv straight, no matter how hard they try to be perverted. Can only be removed by highly trained professional straights! (But they perfer not to. :P)

Perv is so talented with his "third leg", he could escape out of those easy... much like an escape artist and a straight jacket.
And really you're only doing that so you can be "working" Perv below the belt. And he likes it almost as much as you do.
