hey there its jsut ol' evan again.
im posting because i REALLYY REALLY! wanna create a website, but i dont really have any ideas on what to have it on.
Im leaning towards making my own graphics portfolio, but honestly, i wouldnt know what to do aftwerwards.
i want to do somethign that peopel will find useful and will have people coming back. ive already madea maple leafs handguide, but i dont really want to publish it yet.
so i need soem good ideas, and if your looking for a partnership, im your man :P
lastly, i like adventuring gaming, but im not an addict. and i would like to make an adventure gaming site or so on, but i really dont know..what exactly to do. I have a feelign that if i do proceed with thsi plan im gonna be swamped with hatemail, because i dotn knwo exactly what im talkign about.
so give me some good ideas! ;D
When you start up an idea you first gotta have some sort of rough scheme to go for, meaning, you should just surf around a little bit till you find a couple you do like and then work from there (color scheme, menu organization, content, etc)
From there I recommend you to start doing some drafts before you jump into coding, meaning as you should work on it over photoshop or any other software that would help you with (I personally use fireworks).
But I believe the most important thing is that you need to figure out what kind of site you would like :P (personal, adventure gaming, fan site, etc)

thanks for the info say. but im going to use an open source CSS/HTMl template, and edit it to my standards. so that it loads faster and is more efficient.
