I'm sorry if I'm going off topic now :P But i have been wondering about this. I'm not the biggest KQ fan but it seems some of you are, and since i have only played The Princeless Bride ( which was great by the way ;)) Ive been getting confused all the time about the relationships in the royal family.I mean who is married to who. And who is the son of that guy. I's all very confusing from my point of view. And i was wondering, who is the hairy monkey?
If you could kindly reply to these two questions i would be very greatfull! ;D

As far as I know, the only marriges that have taken place are between Cassima and Alex, and of course Graham and Valanice.
And this probably ought to have it's own thread. :)
I have no idea who the hairy monkey is. :P I think you might mean the troll, in which case, King Otar Fenris III, ruler of the trolls.
King Graham is the patriarch of the family, and was the main character of King's Quests 1, 2 and 5. His wife is Queen Valanice, whom he met and rescued from her imprisonment in a tower in King's Quest 2. Queen Valanice was playable in King's Quest 7.
The king and queen have two children (twins, to be exact). Their son, Alexander, was kidnapped as an infant by a wizard named Manannan and kept as a slave under the false name Gwydion. He eventually used Manannan's magic to turn the wizard into a cat and escaped to Daventry, where he found out who he really was. Prince Alexander later married Princess Cassima of the Land of the Green Isles, and they became king and queen of that land. Prince Alexander was playable in King's Quests 3 and 6. Their daughter, Princess Rosella, was playable in King's Quests 4 & 7, and you should know most of her story from KQ7.
