Hey Team,
I was just browsing through the site and began wondering to myself, "Does the TSL team accept donations?" I mean, how do you guys pay for web-hosting, technology acquisition, etc? I know that a lot of people would be more than willing to throw a few bones your way to see this project completed. I mean, look at wikipedia.com, they say they've raised more than $1.8 million in donations AND most of the articles are written by registered members, why do they need the money? :) Maybe a way to donate to the project (with an assurance that the money would be used FOR the project) could help out the team and the project. Just a thought....
Pretty sure POS is not allowed to raise money in any way using VU IP. You would have to ask somebody who know what they are talking about though. :P

If I'm remembering correctly, the only way the TSL team can make any money off of the game is if VU buys the rights and sells the game. BUT before anyone misquotes or misunderstands, the first of the three games is still going to be free. That's been guaranteed to us, the fans.

We used to sell cookies, but apparently Cesar doesn't know how to bake so all our regular costumers have been poisoned. Ever since, every single penny comes from our pockets.
And as lovely and thoughtful as it sounds, we can't accept donations. Maybe some coffee to bribe the PR director on some spoilers? :P

I seriously believe, if we could go into donations and whatnot, some fans would be glad to collaborate as much as humanly possible. That makes me feel warm and fuzzy! <3
But don't worry, we are taking care of it as much as we can, even though that it is becoming as pricey as it gets. If we have to sell a kidney to continue, we will sell Cesar's :)
