Okay, I checked if anyone else has this problem or about my graphics card. Everything seemed blank and dandy.
Yet, when I go to play TSL, it minimises to my desktop and takes away my mouse. When I try to maximise it, everythings running okay. But still takes me to my desktop.
When I Ctrl+Alt+del, go to shut down the program it comes up (for 30 seconds give or take) and is running perfectly, I can click on buttons and stuff. But alas, this only happens for 30 or so seconds.
System:
Demo and patch version (i.e. RC1 Patch v.1.0.1): 2.0 (?) The lastest one anyway.
Operating system: Windows XP
RAM: 512
Video Card Manufacturer (i.e. NVidia or ATI): ATI
Video Card Model: ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600
Try going to Options and uncheck Fullscreen, so that it plays in windowed mode.
I can't get in the game long enough to do that. Since I'm closing it via task manager. it wont save my settings.
Hmm... maybe this bug has been fixed in a more recent build. Try out the Beta Tester build (http://www.tsl-game.com/contest/beta/index.php?f=TheSilverLining_BetaTesterBuild.exe) and let us know if you're having the same problem.
i have not checked this forum in a while is there a full version of the game yet??

Not yet. It's still being tested.
I'm not on the team, but I think it will come out before '09 (like December), is that right Yonky?
I'm going to go out on a limb and predict Yonkey's answer...
It will be released when it is released.
:suffer:
The release date is exactly one day closer today than it was yesterday. :P Seriously, I think it's stll too soon to predict a release date. It is continuously improving, though.
Yonkey actually announced the other day that details on the release date will be announced during the final journal special:

There was actually tremendous progress made in 2008, and I know for a fact that the game will be released much sooner than 2011. More specific details on this and the release date will be announced in the final Journal Special (http://www.postudios.com/archivedTSL/journal/special/) entry.
YAY! ;D
