I hate to give you folks more work, but this has been puzzling me for a while, and I never really got around to mentioning it before.
Is there any way to tweak the PHP so that the forum pages have the name of the forum or thread in question in the page title? It's sometimes a bit tricky to keep track of things when all my bookmarks and page bar titles and history items only say "King's Quest IX - Forum". :P

Huh. That particular weirdness must be an IE-only thing... it doesn't happen for me.
Well, poo. YaBB SE works perfectly with cookie stuff (which is more important, IMHO), but phpBB seems to work perfectly with proper page titling. I still say they should merge. ;)
Hmm. Page titling seems to work fine on the official YaBB SE forums... I wonder how they do it? I tried doing a Google search on the matter, but I just can't seem to figure out what search terms I should use, since the searches I am doing don't turn up anything.

They might have installed a Mod for it. Probably something called Show Thread Titles or something along those lines. ::)
(frowns) I tried to be helpful and search for it myself, for some links to offer you, but I can't find anything on it anywhere. I've tried every permutation of "YaBB SE", "thread", "subject", "page title", etc. I can think of, but nada. Maybe the answer is something blindingly obvious, and we're too dumb to see it. ::)

I tried using the board's search function (also with no useful results), but didn't try scanning through everything "manually" yet.
I have sort of an ulterior motive... not only would I like the functionality here, but I want to maybe install my own forum at some point, so it'd be nice to figure out how to fix this. :P
Edit: Scanned all the post titles, but didn't see anything that looked promising. Although I did find a mod for having gender-specific status title variations for each level. ;)

the speed of these forums is amazing sometimes, neither I've realized of the problem and its like... already solved or something lol, nice :P
