When on earth is King Quest 9 going to be done and release, seem like no information is being updated.

There's actually a lot of information being released.  The game is about 90% completed by now.

1.  Info is being updated.  Look at the links Haids gave you.
2.  It's not called KQ9 anymore.   It's called The Silver Lining. Look on wikipedia for the silver lining (game) and click "cancellation" or something like that to see more.
