Isn't that grammatically correct when starting a new message?Toxic
Technically, not when one is starting a message of one word... if we were treating each response as a stand alone sentence--"Toxic."--then that would be correct (and we'd also need periods), but as it is, we're using words in a way that's rather grammar-free in that they aren't construed as being in a sentence or a paragraph. (Actually, this grammar free form of interrelation of words is somewhat what the idea of word association is based on: getting at the context apart from the language.)

They would also see through you... only especially dense things would show up... like with a medical x-ray. :) However, there are wavelength at which clothes but not skin are transparent. :P (Imagine being an alien race who sees in that part of the spectrum: every other race is nudists but us!!)

Crawler
Bug
(Rob, it's about a kid who, with his cronies, delights (in the most perverted ways) in the most violent crimes imaginable -- until he arrested and forcibly subjected to behavior modification which leaves him unable to commit any violent acts even in his own defnse (at which point in the novel the heinous violence starts being committed against him), then he becomes forced into becoming a tool for an anti-fascist movement until he throws himself out of a building. This caused bad press for the program that had altered his behavior, so the government reverses the behavior modification. Our lovely protagonist returns to his life of violence until (in the last chapter which is omitted in the American version of the book and is also not included in the movie), ultimately, he decides it's boring, so he retires to attempt to become a productive member of society. Although he hopes to have a kid, he believes his child will be just as depraved as he is.
See why it was sick to think Cat would finish that? Hasn't she damaged enough stuffed animals?

Kalos and kakos confused me so terribly at first. XP My professor has horrible handwriting and quite often I have no idea which he means. ;P

there is such a thing as legs beeing too long? :o
Proportionately speaking, yes.

Yeah, I'd say her legs are about twice the size of her torso. That's just not right.

Does it matter really? It is like, someone says the word England and then someone else posts Queen after it, will you ask what queen aswell or just type something that you assosiate with Queen? (Victoria, Green Arrow, New York, Drag, etc)

Never heard of her.
She may not have gotten to your part of the world. I don't think she was any American tv shows let alone in Finland. She's very famous in NZ of course. I would've thought being married to a rockstar like Rod Stewart would make others know her but that's cool.

HAIDS! OMG, we must talk :) I'm so excited for the movie.
Gaaaaaaaaaaah! :D My sister has been trying to get me to read them for almost a year, and I've been putting it off for whatever reason. I read them all in a week and I loved them! Very good, very suspenseful--they've given me nightmares more than once!

Ooooooo... I hadn't thought about that. :D I generally haven't thought about the etymology of names of magic-using fantasy fiction classes. However, I do know the following: wizard- related to wise; mage/magus- from an Arabic word meaning power or one who manipulates it, passed into Indo-European fairly early, chiefly via Latin (as far as I know); necromancer- one who predicts the future from a corpse, usually human (I prefer the modern fantasy fiction interpretation of the stem X-mancer as "one who manipulates or has power over X", probably because Christianity is so staunchly anti-fortune telling of any sort (and there were a lot: ailuromancy, pyromancy, hydromancy, etc.) and mancy was just that).club

There's actually a really awesome tradition at coronations. :D It's possible to challenge the monarch's claim by throwing down a gauntlet before swearing an oath of fealtyy. The monarch will pick a champion and, should this happen, they will be made to fight. If the champion loses, the monarch will have to give up his claim, I think. At Richard III's coronation, his ascension was so unpopular that they had to do this in the dark so no one could see the gauntlet because they were worried someone would challenge his claim and it would be really bad for PR.

pentagonal :D
Inspired by the number of days in a year, the castle was built with 366 windows, one of which was permanently shuttered, except during a leap year. In addition, there are 52 rooms, 12 large ballrooms and 3 bastions, said to represent the number of weeks, months and quarters in a year, respectively.
Also noteworthy is the fact that the perimeter measures 700 meters (766 yards), the surface area of all the rooms measures 70,000 square meters, the overall design is that of a pentagon and the total size of the complex is 1.3 hectares. Also, on the tower above the entrance gate to the castle, next to a carving of a battleaxe and a cross, there is a sign resembling the letter "W." Some experts claim that this symbol, deciphered in accordance with the Aramaic book of the Zohar, means "eternal duration."
But in the splendor and opulence of its pinnacle, the castle included a complex ventilation and heating system that was ahead of its time, plumbing that provided all rooms with fresh water and that was a rarity for the 17th century and, most exotically, a huge ceiling aquarium in the dining room of one of the towers which was fed by water from a natural spring that flows to this day.
IT IS A PLACE OF PURE AWESOMENESS. :D

Amorphophallus titanum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amorphophallus_titanum), which I saw in bloom two years in a row at University of Wisconsin - Madison. They have two of them; they only bloom once every several years.
We have one of those in Basel at the botanical gardens. :P
