Ok everyone, so i'm beginning to organize something. I'll be attending Anime Boston 2010 this year (as I do every year) and I was thinking that if anyone will be in the area, they should come stop by and have a little meet-up. Anime boston this year is April 2-4 at the hynes convention center in boston. I encourage everyone to stop by and say hi (You'll get to meet me! And perhaps have some photo shoots to put on the forum!) pre-registration is still open, and you can always register at the door (although the lines will be HORRENDOUS!!!!) So if anyone is interested in meeting up and seeing some of the other fans of TSL (And meet me!) then let me know. I'll iron out more details in a little while (I'm in Math class right now...)

If weren't not for the fact that I arrive in Boston on the 3rd of April, I would probably make an appearance. If only it were a week later! But I hope a lot of you manage to meet up!
Last year, I accidentally ended up at Anime Boston because I went shopping that weekend.
I see no reason not to do that again this year. :P
I encourage everyone that can to come! I'll be there... Though I'm still not sure of a costume idea... I was thinking of going as my alter ego Xurikus... (it's a long story. Xurikus is my Nobody name... My friends and I took a loophole when creating it though... But that's a story for another time...) Anyway, I'm thinking that the best place to meet up would be on the second floor right above the main entrance with the long hallway and the windows overlooking the streets of Boston. For anyone who's been to the Hynes before, you should have no problem locating where I'm talking about.

Still not sure if I can go or not, I have to talk it over with my friend to make plans. If I go, It'll be for Fri Night/Sat AM. I have to work until 8 am on Firday morning, so I do need sleep, and then Sat night my BFF and I are going to a concert.
My main dilema is if it's really worth it to go for a few hours and shell out the money for a hotel room (since it's not worth it for me to go if I don't spend friday night there).
Is anyone who is going actually getting a room, or is everyone commuting locally?
My parent's aren't down with the idea of me having a hotel room, so I'll probably be commuting from Alewife station. I was thinking the best time to have this meet-up would be on Saturday the 3rd. I've never been to the convention on a friday before, so i'd steer away of having anything on that day. and besides, saturday is the day that i expect everyone will be showing up for. Anyone else interested in going? I'd hope this can be a big thing!
